The first week I moved in here a man was shot down and killed by police after slitting a baby's throat. Literally this happened within the complex. Cars are constantly being messed up in one way or another. This place is NOT just for students, you can end up living with old people who work down the street. Managment is not smart,and some of them are rude. This becomes and issue when you try to pay them. If you're a student and are going to live out here, you mine as well do the Riverside thing.

That is true thank God that the man was stopped and there seems to have been no other way, they did have to shoot him.
The management has always been very nice and they seem to actually care about the residents on property.
