I had an extremely bad experience living there.
I chose to live there because of the reasonable pricing, furnishing, and
proximity to a UT shuttle stop, but that was all.

Crime is constant in and outside of the complex. When I used to
live there back in 2006-2008; there was a stabbing INSIDE the University

There was one time where I saw blood in the hallway when I stepped outside
of my door. It stayed there for almost 3 weeks and was never cleaned.

My neighbors downstairs were constantly noisy and loud with booming speakers.

Parking is okay, but safety for parking isn't. Cars get broken into because
half the time the gates are broken and wide-open.

I put down on my preferred list that I wanted non-smoking, quiet to moderately loud roommates. I was gone for the summer to work out of town. I came back to soiled carpet with black stains, broken window blinds, new roommates who were smokers (which I was not informed of by the apartment management)using MY stuff. Also,
since the electricity was under MY name, I had over $300 in electricity bills
and I was GONE for the summer. Basically, the new roommates had electricity for free.

Maintenance would never get things done until a week or two later after you
submit a maintenance form.
