Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This place was pretty bad. Maintenance crew was awful, apartments are overpriced and unattractive. Noise pollution is atrocious because people live there that aren't even college students and don't care about people's needs to study on weeknights. The property itself is not that great either. I would definitely look elsewhere.
