Great college community

I moved in here August of 04 and it's been an over all enjoyable experience.
The greatest thing about this place is the big boss man in charge. He's so nice even if something goes wrong it's hard to get mad at him. He's handled everything courteously and professionally.
My car was broken into once, and my 700 dollar radio was stolen. I highly recommend an aftermarket alarm system. This area (riverside) is horrible with car break in's. But UC does everything to prevent these events. The gates work 99% of the time but someone could easily follow you in.
The complex can get pretty noisy because it is a lot of college kids having a good time. If you're looking for a fun college experience and not to concerned with getting to bed early then this is the place for you.
I resigned my lease until May 06 but me and my roommate are moving out. And once again the manager was VERY nice and understanding and is letting us strike a deal to let us leave, I MEAN WOW! apts hardly ever do that! We're moving out because we found a more convenient location to UT, also quite a bit safer than Riverside.
I'd say it's worth living here for about a year and I think they lowered their rates. One more thing.. if you're an online gamer then forget it here, the supplied road runner is too slow for that during the school year.
