The noise is the worst I have ever heard!!! The walls and ceilings are paper thin. Every time the people that live above me walk around I could swear that they are about to fall through. The free roadrunner NEVER works, the free computer lab computers Never work, the Jacuzzi NEVER EVER works. Another huge problem were the sprinklers. The sprinkler systems outside are the worst I've ever seen. They shoot straight up about 15feet, they also spray your window non stop and do not rotate they just stay in the same spot. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I lived in two separate units in the past year and both bathrooms literally looked like a mildew infested hell hole. The kitchen and bathroom floors were absolutely wore out, chipped and just plain disgusting. The carpet does not have padding underneath it, it just has carpet then concrete so it is as hard as a rock. The office workers are nothing but a bunch of punk ass kids that stand outside smoke cigarettes and talk so unprofessionally that you wouldn?t even believe they worked there if it wasn?t for there University Commons shirts. The manager "Mike" was the only good thing that complex had to offer, he was courteous, intelligent, and just a great guy. Do your self a favor and just keep driving when you see University Commons.
