Great for undergrads

I've lived here since the place was built (4 years) and overall it's a nice, decent place. The biggest problem I've had is with shoddy construction - every time it rains the building shifts about 1/2 inch and there are huge stress fractures on all the walls that lets cold air flow in at night. No amount of spackle can repair it, it's just a bad foundation job. Otherwise, the appliances and everything else are fine. Each apartment comes with its own washer/dryer so that's very convenient. My 2 bedroom floorplan is nice and has cool vaulted ceilings. Plus, it's furnished! No need to go rent a bedroom set.
Noise is sometimes a problem, so I wouldn't recommend it for serious students or those in grad school. Plus, everyone here is about 18 and likes to drink and party all the time. It's great if you don't mind beer cans and vomit on the walkways.
So, if you're young, like to stay up late and drink, and you don't have any of your own furniture, you're right at home.
