Its a nice place to live ppl... Ive lived here 1 year and i will probably renew my lease soon... Everything is brand new...Only thing u have to be weary about is that they only have 1 year leases... And its a beech to get out of your lease so be sure youre gonna be here that long... Great pool and tennis courts and efficient handling by staff if you have problems... U dont see any owners though, theyre all students... And its good cuz theres some fine lookin chicks in the office instead of regular old hags in other apartments... U'll definitely like living here... Two thumbs up Univ Commons...
