Great place to live. I co-oped (kinda like an extended internship) for AMD in Summer 2005, and then Spring 2006, and still living here. Never had any trouble with anything, and maintenance requests were always taken care of the next day. I heard the area is not safe to walk around outside at night, so I drive everywhere. My car never got broken into, either because this place got nicer in recent years, or the fact that I keep magazines about guns in the back of my seat. Lots of college kids partying, but never so loud that it bothered me.

Nicest thing is that all utilities and internet are all paid for in the rent, so I only have to make one payment every month instead of having to pay the utility companies one by one, a bit time saver.
