Lived there for one year- paid $1 over on rent each month to make it an even $375 and after move out they send a bill for 57 cents!!! Give me a break! they could have kept the postage to make up for the 57 cents that I didn't owe! Office staff was not very easy to deal with either.
On top of that, the apartment was not livable the last month due to mold! The AC must have been broken or something because 1/2 of the apartment kept floding from around the AC. The maintenance staff came and checked the one leak that was coming from the light in the hallway and said nothing was wrong. A couple weaks later we had mold half way up the walls in one of the bathrooms, hallway, kitchen, laundry room, and one of the bedrooms in the closet. The laundry room door was so warped it wouldn't close or was hard to get open if you did get it closed. I thought the walls in that apartment would have to come down because of how bad it was- but when we returned- it looked like it had been just painted over. They may have treated the mold- but based on who I had to deal with- I doubt it. And on top of that- they missed some of the mold in the kitchen.Behind the cabinets and stove was still moldy when we moved out and it had that horrible moldy smell!
