Management Staff is Incompetent

My roommate and I have had numerous problems with the current management staff. We were not allowed to move in on the date on our lease. We had to pay out for movers on two different occasions because our apartment was not ready because "they had to clean it". The apartment was FILTHY when we arrived. We actually had to hire a professional cleaner because the management refused to take responsibility for the mess. It has been two months, and they have yet to respond to our maintenance request for broken tile and garbage-stained carpet. When there was a plumbing issue, my roommate fixed it herself because they never came. We are infested with ants. They enter our apartment at random times without leaving notes as was specified in our lease. They put an eviction notice on my roommate's bed even though she had paid the year in full. When she tried to call and speak to the management, the manager hung up on her. They made her find a receipt showing the $3000 payment and never gave even a simple apology for the situation.

amy casey the new manager need to leave from student housing she treats the students here real poorly she is not a well trained manager she need to be replace asap!!!!!!!!
