This place has gone down hill since new management came in. They moved the gym to this tiny room with no tv, radio, or even a clock, took away some workout equipment, and its just awful to even be in their to workout. The "customer service" is horrible. I've lived here for 18 months, signed 4 contracts, and all the sudden in feb 2007, I get a water bill. Not just that, its for water used in October 2006. No one has ever had to pay a water bill here before. And now they are "back charging" for water used 5 months ago when we didn't know we were being charged for it'

Oh, and after promising my rate would never increase when I moved in, that I was "locking in my rate", the new management is trying to raise the rate by 40%.

This place sucks 10 times more than when I got here, and now they are charging 40% more.

Do yourself a favor and move to the Ballpark, Longhorn Landing, Town Lake, or Crossing Place.

This place sucks.

Wait, did you move out and then move back in? Because if you did, which it looks like you did from the dates of your post, then of course your rate went up. They raised the rent and just because you once lived in the place doesn't mean you lokc in that rate. The workout room is NOT that bad, and the new management has/is doing more to make this place better for us all. You get what you pay for and honestly for the price you pay and everything thats included you're getting a pretty awesome deal....AND NO I'M NOT AFFILIATED WITH MANAGEMENT AND I DON'T WORK THERE.
