There were a number of violent incidents or incidents involving the threat of violence that transpired on the U commons campus, which I myself had seen...
The management showed a complete apathy towards such events... They claimed "not to care" and they said that "tenants do not pay for safety"... They also claimed that incidents of tenants are "not their business"...
This might be a sufficient legal position, but I don't think it's the position you want your landlord taking... especially when the area is unsafe... U Commons is unsafe, and I urge you not to live there... odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
