I've lived here since January, and on the whole I ve enjoyed the apartment and the community, but the office is in disarray, they have part timers or temps that can't do anything besides enter data into a computer. The management should send these people to a back office and let them work there. The management should be in the lobby if they are the only ones who can take care of a resident. I would hate to have a maintenance issue that would affect the quality of life, because it took two months to get the only maintenance request we've put in to get processed. I like the place overall but again the office management is inept at best. PRICE IS THE SAVING GRACE OF THIS COMPLEX.

In 2006 the price was $295. Since then this place has gone to hell in a handbasket. And they have the nerve to charge $350. The other apartments in the area are a much better choice.

The price would have been the saving grace of the complex if they hadn't charged you 100$ for paying one day late, 25$ for taking trash out of the room in the move out (there were none), 40$ to replace your desk chair (it wasn't there from the begining), 15$ for carpet cleaning (when I moved in one week before the official move in, so the carpet of my room wasn't cleaned) or 15$ to replace the pans of the kitchen (they were already freakin scratched)

Even if it's cheap, you're still getting ripped off.
