ONCE PARADISE, NOW DESERTED ISLAND From: jag31584@yahoo.com Date posted: 6/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   When the management lead by Mike Gesh and Dale Winters worked in this place, students were taken care of every single day. However, a new management came in and destroyed this place. They increased the rent, they took down the gym and made it into a single bedroom size place, and they treat people really really badly. I really liked living here before, but now way am I signing up again. They "fixed" the pool by adding some crappy things and for that they raised the rent quite a lot. All the paperwork in the office is wrong and they charge people like crazy, I even know that people are suing them for fraud and such. It is very depressing what these new poor excuses for management have done to this place.
