I have lived in those apartments for a year, and from the very beggining, when they had problems to find my reservation untill the end of the lease that they charged me money to replace thing that never were in the apartment, there were nothing but problems.
They didn't gave me a copy of the lease until i went through the office 5 times, they charged me money because i didn't confirmed my move-out in advance, because the office was close excepcionally. The basketball and tennis court were in really bad conditions, and the cleaning of the house in the move in and the cleaning during all my stay there were really bad.
I would advise to find some other place to live in Austin, never in the University Commons Apartments.

I lived here at University Commons. This is not true. Maybe if you would have listned when they were going over the lease with you, you would have known you HAVE to give a 60 day notice. You could have easily slipped a written notice saying you wouldn't be renewing your lease in the drop box. It's not that hard.
