Going downhill and fast.
Maintenance has consistently ignored out requests.
Staff condescending, cannot communicate well, and is not well informed.
Trash everywhere. Parties all the time. Cops and bugs follow.
No pride in apartments (ex: someone in building had a party on Friday, someone "got sick" on the stairs, still there on Tuesday until I called again to have it washed off).
I have no idea what I'm paying this money for.
Wouldn't advise paying for covered parking. If someone parks in your spot at night, which they will, there's nothing you can do about it.
Only reasons I stayed (even though they increased my rent to stay), was because there are two UT bus stops nearby and it was furnished.
