The price is completely awesome...I started off at $290 with a $100 off bus tour that they used to have. Now I'm up to $369 with new management, but this is still great considering ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED. I've recently graduated and am moving out on Aug...but I would def. stay if I were still a student.

Parking is not bad at all I've never personally felt unsafe despite the Riverside area (most of the time the ppl who get robbed have like their car all souped up, or leave purses in cars or something, but honestly everyone here are students so they all just go to class and party...

One thing I should mention is that the gates are broken at least once a week so that gets annoying. But they redid the pool and the landscaping has vastly improved since new management arrived. They also upgrated from carpet to these really cool wood looking floors and that makes a huge difference.

Mantinance can be kind of slow, but I've never had any major problems, just that they don't change the air filter often enough. Management has always been friendly to me.

Overall I would def. recommend this place to any student!

gee, someone works in the office or has a friend there...no intelligent person would rate the office staff a 4 nor would recommend this place
