There's hardly any lighting here at night. The gate is always open which allows vagrants to enter. One time at night, I was startled by some man that came from the side of my car. He obviously didn't live here because he was putting flyers on everyone's cars in the parking lot. If I ever got robbed no one would come to my aid because it's so dark and there's hardly anyone living at this complex. I have lived on Riverside before, and I wish I stayed at my old complex. The outside looks extremely unkept. There's tire skid marks all over the parking lot. Maybe the front office area is well groomed but just go a little further to where the tenants live, and it'll not be so good. As you can tell this apartment sucks because if you look at the parking lot capacity it is not full, therefore people are well aware of how bad this place is. The new management is horrible. Someone tells you something, and another person tells you something different. They'll try to cheat you out of anything, so read all the fine print before you sign. It's really a pain to deal with them. The maintanence people are lazy because I see them just talking to each other and hanging out in the parking lot. It's literally been about about 3 weeks since I put in the request and nothing has been done. Well I guess you get what you pay for. The only good thing is that it comes furnished and the bills are all paid. However, all the appliances are old and the bathrooms are old. There's rust all over the bathtub and sinks. Now I wish I invested an extra 30 bucks a month to not deal with this place, but I'm stuck. At least I have a place to go to on the weekends, which is better than this place.

Whoever gives this place a 5 star review probably works at this terrible place.
