07/10/2008 Learned the Hard Way NO 1.0 I, too, lived there when the management changed. We liked the place beforehand so renewed our lease...worst mistake ever.
Just off the top of my head:
Painted AROUND pictures on the wall, toilets, stove, microwave, holes in the wall.
