Happy with new manager (finally)

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
I just want to say i've lived here for 3 years and finally they have hired a manager who really seems to care about what happens here. Maintenance could be A LOT better. The part time person they have in the office may be cute but dingy!! she doesn't seem to know anything about anything whoever hired her should fire her
