This apartment complex is a complete dump. It's ugly from the outside and even worse on the inside. The management changes SO often that you never know who you're going to talk to in the office, and none of the managers know what the hell they're talking about.

If you're going to live here, for God's sake, make sure you're far away from Plucker's. The smell of fried chicken is OVERWHELMING. It's absolutely unbearable, and there's always loud music and lots of noise coming from the restaurant. When I first moved in, the manager was adamant about renting THIS apartment, not the other ones in the complex. Now I know why. I'm the only person they could sucker into living RIGHT above a chicken restaurant.

The A, B, and C units, on the other hand, are pretty nice. The building was refurbished recently, so it looks pretty nice. The layout of those units are also much better than the D units, which are built above Gumby's and Plucker's.

Bottom line: Overpriced dump. Being close to campus is the ONLY discernable advantage. Don't fall for it. I'd rather live in San Marcos and WALK to UT than live in this rat trap.
