I don't like UG very much. There's no community there and I got my Jeep broken into right out front, about 30 feet from somebody's front door. Parking is a hassle for two cars and I'm worried to hear the other reviewers say homeless people wash dogs in our pool. The trees are nice, but there are lots of areas with no landscaping or grass at all, it's pretty ironic. The bills are high because of old A/Cs and appliances. Most apartments similar to this one offer free cable, but this one doesn't. The elevators have no A/C and do smell. We have major bug problems, too. The rent is very high and the management is quick to charge late fees if the 1st falls on a weekend.

I would rather live farther away, pay less and have more amenities.
