I dont live in this apartment complex, but my girlfriend is a resident. She was recently locked in the elevator, and was told by maintainence that it would be at least 45 minutes until they could assist her. During a rainstorm here roof started leaking, she called maintainence once again and they told her that there was nothing they could do at the time and that she should put a pan down to catch the water.They did offer to bring her one. There was also a two week period that the parking lot gate was broken and remained open. In this time her car was broken into.PArking sucks. There are security doors that are always open, very unsafe.
Utilities are expensive, A.c and appliances are old.
