I have live here for 4 years and in the last two months the place has really gone down. Trash everywhere. My car was broke into and the Manager, Diane, told me it was not her proplem. Gates have not worked in months. I had a rat in my apartment and again the manager said to get rat traps from HEB it was not her problem. There is mold in all the ac vents(call your lawyer) I and many others have reported the hazards of mold and cracks in sidewalks that you can fall on. It has all been reported but the so Called Under New Management sign only means they do not care now. I am moving and so are many others. Report the mold and if they do not fix it right away call the health department or go to the UT Student lawyers for help. You can get out of your apt and not be charged all those fees.
