Really Horrible Place (Please Read!)

Well like almost everybody else said, this is truly a bad place. I didn't know this website existed until after I signed my leasae and I truly regret it.

There is some decent things to this apartment but the bad outnumber them by far. I'll do a little outline to let you know.

Maintance: The guy who takes care of my apartment is like 19 years old, and a huge pot head. I changed the locks to my apartment when we moved because I didn't trust him and when I put a work order, he forced his way in, and during that same time, a gift card dissapeared from my apartment. One night my bathroom got floted and it took them about 6 hours to come and fix it. After you put a work order, it will probably take them from one to two weeks to come and fix it, if not more. Some of the other maintance are nice, George, and his mom are really cool most of the time, but things get rarely done.
OFFICE: I didn't like any of them but one Josh, and he's leaving this summer. The manager is kind of rude, and there's this new employee who talks to you like you're one of his drinking buddies, he's really rude. My packages were never misplaced, I was content with that because I receive a lot, but they are just so lazy, especially that new guy.
APARTMENT: My apartment can't be worse, the dishwasher never worked, the wall paper from the cabinets is falling, and everything is in horrible condition. The locke to the door is horrible, like I said very easy to break in, and a lot of the pain from the walls is falling.

NEIGHBOORS: You know all the people around me were really cool, and we were invited to a lot of parties, but just like there is 50% students the other half is ghetto -------- (I'm not being racist, I'm Mexican-American). There's a lot of lower class --------, that will hit your car (parking is horrible by the way), because they don't care about theirs.

CONCLUSION: Do not get tricked with the model apartment because your apartment WILL NOT look like that. I know they say, electricity is really cheap and whatever, it's not true it comes out really expensive. The apartment might seem big, because it is, but I'm moving to a BRAND NEW apartment that it's 100sq ft bigger for only $20 more. If you wanna stay close to campus look for another place, this is not the place you wanna be especially if you're a student or a female, it's not really that safe.
