Incompetent management. One month, on the 12th, we randomly got a notice informing us that we were to be evicted due to rent not being paid. We HAD of course paid, on the first. Every notice we get is horribly misspelled and mislabeled. It looks like they are going to try and screw a whole building on their security deposits due to a routine plumbing problem. This falls under the category of regular, necessary maintenance, and they are required to swallow the cost, not a whole building of those who can't be held liable collectively for a plumbing clog. These people show the utmost disdain for their residents, for the most part.
