I moved into the apartments in late December 2003. I noticed that they had a new manager that has been very attentive to the needs I have. He's very nice and seems very positive about making changes to the property that people care about.

Everytime that I've been in the office, it has been clean organized, and professional. The staff have been appropriate in their response to my needs.

My apartment is older and I knew that when I moved in. I've had the maintenance in one and he was very helpful and fixed my problem with no follow-up issues.

I think that some of the reviews I read about University Heights were due to the old managers and their mismanagement. I think that the new manager is doing a great job.
