I've lived here since July 04' And every since August 04' my heating and a/c have been broken! Maintenance is TERRIBLE. They "fixed" it once, it broke down again, and after several repair requests, they still haven't fixed it. After complaining once again, this month I was told that basically the repair crew's focus was on the upkeep of show apartments so they wouldn't get fired! I was so angry - basically told that my ac/heat wasn't that important. The complex is old, raggedy, and if anything ever breaks down in your apartment, it won't get fixed!
