The downstairs neighbor couple was a drug dealer and a prostitute--she would turn tricks at the bus stop and addicts would come at all hours of the night banging on their door for their fix. The cops came repeatedly. Street people would enter the complex at night and sleep on the concrete picnic tables, and when I would walk my dog they would try to sell me drugs. I felt very unsafe.
The AC was out for the entire month of August. I was in the office everyday until maintainence finally replaced the unit.
If you double park you get towed, and do not park in the back of the complex where it is dark or your car will be broken into and your stereo will be stolen.
The pool was unkept, either too much algae or too much chlorine.
But the rent is cheap.
