Worst Complex in Austin From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   This place was horrible. Please do yourself a favor and do not move here. Without too much elaboration, here are the major problems: Maintenance sucks and never fixes anything. All the lights and walking rails are broken, so its very dangerous at night. 80% of the washer / dryers don't work, plus there are hundreds of spiders in the laundry room facility. 1 pool hasn't worked all year, and the other has been down for at least 3 months now. The gates never ever close. The Fitness facility sucks. The windows are VERY easy to break into. From my understanding (and you can search online) a number of convicted sex-offenders live there. Don't listen to the management. They keep saying all this stuff they are going to change, and in my year here, they have not changed ANYTHING. They are all very nice people who work the office, but they are either incompetent, or their company doesn't let them do anything. Yes, the apartments are large and cheap, but you can find MUCH nicer places for the same price (albeit smaller places). In the end, I would be much happier in a place half this size if it was a bit nicer.
