I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years. I have never had a problem with maintainence. Whenever I have a problem, I call the office and they send someone out ASAP. The longest it has taken someone to get to my apartment has been one day, mo longer and they immediately fix the problem. I was even helped by one of the maintainence guys to change the battery in my car in one occasion and jumped my car in another occasion. I have never felt unsafe (single female here) or had my car broken into. The office staff are the nicest people and are always helpful.

I've read some reviews and people claim that 'low class' or whatever people live here. That's the meanest thing I've ever read in my life, not to mention biggoted, racist and RUDE. The other renters in my apartments are great! They're nice and friendly and read with smiles. Who cares if they speak English or not'

While University Heights aren't the best and greatest apartments around, they're good for their price and location. Plus, you get free cable and allocated water!

Don't listen to these people on this site, they're just annoyed because they were probably rude to someone and now their karma is biting them in the ass. Grow up you buncha jerks. University Heights RULES!

This review is a crock of crap. 5.0 rating!?! Impossible! This place has sucked for a year and we can't wait to get out of here. One time the toilet started to overflow and not cuz it was stuffed up but cuz of the stopper inside that lets the water out into the bowl was stuck open. When we found out when the water was an inch deep on the floor and I called the office around 11a.m. in the morning to ask them if they had wet vac to clean it so it wouldn't get all the carpet wet and leak to the neighbors downstairs as well. They said they would notify someone immediatlly. 3 days later there was a knock at the door. I was dumbfounded to see 2 maintainence guys and one of them with a plunger in his hands. I had already used all my towels and some cloths to get it under control the day it happend. I couldn't believe they showed up 3 days later with a plunger.

Apparently the single female reviewer of this post sucks maintenance man ---- or something---there's no way any maintenance guys from this place are there in one day after your call. My question is---why does someone have to be "racist" to call someone else "low class." Two different things, my dear. Unless you are assuming anyone of low class is of a minority race anyway.
