University Heights isn't worth it. Like the other complaints, I ran into problems concerning packages, security and especially maintenance. I am a patient person, but when it take 2-3 weeks to fix something that is ridculous. When they do come often they forget to lock the door and the management makes no apology for this. When I would go to pick up packages often the management was rude or would not check for my package until I became very persistent. Lots of cars are broken into, so if you have a nice car or stereo do not live here! If you aren't picky this place is cheap and does have big apartments, plus free cable, however, I think this place sucks!
