University Heights

Do not live at University Heights - Renter Beware From: runebucket Date posted: 8/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place sux, and we are getting out ASAP. A year was too long to live here. It's loud, parking fills up quickly and you may have to park away from your building most of the time which is scary cuz there has been at least 10 cars broken just by our building alone since we have been here, and the apt. right across from us was broken into cuz someone in the office decided to give a 3 time convict a brake. You are lucky to get a building that isn't tilted. Maintainence here sux. The fastest they have been here is about 8 days and if they come soon it's just to look at what you are talking about and sometimes come look at it again every other day. And when I say look, I mean LOOK. With their eyes. Then maybe fix it with in a week afterwards. They really think of the people that live here as complete idiots most of the time. They will lie thier buts off to get you in here and lie to about what they will fix in your apt. and when they will fix it and then lie to you about it being fixed. Then again they may have a clue what they are doing and just say it's fixed. Move here if you have absolutely no where to go. Don't expect anything good about the place and it will be pleasant when something good happens, but don't expect to be taken care right away. It's all about who you know, blow, or do and deal drugs with here. Otherwise expect to wait for anything to get fixed. Expect to hear fights in the middle of the night. Expect to have your car broken into. Expect to have your AC to breakdown, and not to be fixed for at least a week. I suggest if you chose to live here, have them put in writing all the lies they are going to tell you to get you in here. Renter Beware.
