Cheap prices HUGE room just a lil ghetto From: Hardluckrenter Date posted: 1/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   place wasnt to bad only real problem we had with them is communication. other then that it can make you feel a little unsafe but less robberies in break in then in my friends nicer places. So that a plus. One thing im sure of this apartment was build with better matterials then Regency in the Park at 401 Little Texas as well as $1000 cheaper for about the same size.
