Don't live here at all! Their maintence is awful! For 2 1/2 weeks I had no hot water whatsoever during winter! They took even longer to fix it once I put pressure by saying I'd move out. They charged me unreasonable move-out fees and living there was just one big hassle after another! Find another place to live!!!

Big insect problem too. You wouldn't believe how many rolly-pollys made it into the space between the carpet and the floorboard and died there. Alot of spiders too.
