Great until you move out

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Honestly this place was decent until it was time to move out. The staff seems to think that they should charge you to paint the whole apartment and that is your deposit right there. ALso they replaced carpet in hour apt and charged us 950 dollars when it did not need to be replaced and they charged us outragous rates. They are hard to deal with and never fix anything after the first few months that you live there. I would rate this terrrible
