If you're even thinking about moving into U Heights, just read the reviews people have written. The only positive reviews were written by office staff at U Heights. It's so obvious! Believe me, I know those people from living there for a year. Every single person in that office, Nick, Josh, Bea, etc are all pieces of ----. Let me bring up a few points concerning the few positive review of this place. Let's take them one by one: "Management is very nice. a police man even lives in my complex. the Pool gets a bit green sometimes during the summer but, I've never experienced a problem with noice, infact it's very quite where I live, and the neighbors are increadibly friendly." That was all --------. I lived there from 05-06 and let me tell you, from the second you sign the lease until they rip you off from the security pet deposit, management IS NOT nice. They suck. There are no policemen living in the complex, except mabey a Mexican border patrol agent telling illegals where its safe to live. The pool is a human bacteria frappe. Unless you want syphellis, don't go in! There is ALWAYS a problem with noise. That person is flat out lying if they say there was no noise. Belive me, I have a dog and we walked all over that place, and I was alwyas hearing screaming kids, domestic fighting, car stereos blasting mexican music during all hours, etc. There is always noise. The neighbors all suck. They're all criminals, illegals, drug dealers, and occassionally regular white college students who got hood-winked into living in this hell hole. How about the second positive review by this moron: "place wasnt to bad only real problem we had with them is communication. other then that it can make you feel a little unsafe but less robberies in break in then in my friends nicer places. So that a plus. One thing im sure of this apartment was build with better matterials then Regency in the Park at 401 Little Texas as well as $1000 cheaper for about the same size." Communication problem' That's an understatement. A little unsafe' Less robberies and break-ins' Any amount of unsafe is too much, any robberies is unacceptable, and any break-ins is ridiculous. And that last part about "better materials" doesn't make any sense. U-Heights is literally falling apart. One look around, and you'll see. DO NOT LIVE AT UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS!!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

More thoughts:
1. They shut off my electricity one time in error from friday until monday. 2. When I moved in, my toilet wouldn't flush. They "fixed" it, and then later it overflowed (after I used it) into the bathroom, hallway, and even into the bedroom and family room. They came over after an hour, sprayed some crap, and left me with an industrial fan which had to blow 24 hours a day for 3 days. It was loud and I couldn't sleep. 3. The water bills are skectchy. One month, you pay $15, next you pay $25 for doing the same thing every day. 4. Unsafe-they don't do background checks-illegals, felons, sex offenders (I'm serious-in my mailbox I got a notice that a sex offender was living in the complex) are your neighbors. 5. Laundry room-it's a joke. Out of 25 machines-5 work. 6. Office staff-they suck. They don't respond to anything, they overbill, they keep unreasonable hours and are not flexable/
In short, DON"T LIVE AT UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS!!!!
