I have lived here for several years and I love it. The staff is very friendly and takes care of your problems quickly. I read some of these negative reviews and see that the people writting them are not even educated enough to use correct english and can't spell. They were not very good neighbors and I am glad they have moved out. If you do not follow the rules the management will be at your door so that we all can enjoy our community. In my last apt the management did not care if your car was broke into, which happens all over Austin, where as this management cares. They can not stop all crime but they are there when you need them! So take your negative, bad attudes and go live somewhere eles and watch how quick you want to come home to University Heights!!! Both my boyfriend and myself feel the same way. We love our home!
