Great people! The biggest apartments in South Austin and a cool place to live. I have been here 2 years and just signed up to stay another 15 month and they even gave me a free months rent. I lost my keys and the people in the office all came out and helped me look for them. I live with 4 other roomates who will be adding their comments later when they get time but I can tell you that not many people take time to say "Great Job" They only sound off when they have done something wrong like not clean the apt or make loud noise and get in touble by the manager. Some of these reviews are fair but most you can tell are people who are disgruntled and uneducated so take the negative with a grain of salt and Come by and see for yourself. You can be my neighbor!

oh and Maintenance is great also. Report the problem and they are on the way. Usally the same day. We live in a 5 bedroom and do not have any of the problems that we had at other complexes in smaller apartments. No roaches at all and new carpet and tile when we moved in, they even clean the carpet for us at no charge. The Maintenance man named Eric is the best so if you need any work ask for him! Well I will let my roomies add more. Live here!
