Obviously you can't spell either-I didn't know else was spelled "eles" or attitudes was spelled "attudes." I think you are the uneducated one! University Heights is not a great place to live. I think the maintenance staff themselves are nice and helpful, but they don't show up for weeks, even if the problem is serious. In truth, it is not University Heights's responsibility to prevent car thefts, but the neighborhood itself is unsafe. Many times the office management didn't seem to care, but maybe there are new people there now. It is not a horrible place to live; there are perks such as reasonable rent, shuttle and big floorplans. However, I didn't enjoy living there mostly due to waiting weeks for things to be fixed such a garbage disposal and air conditioner and it not getting done after many calls and visits to the office.
