NEVER EVER MOVE INTO UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS!!!!! This apartment is by far the worst place to ever call home. I have been here for one year and not once have the "security gates" ever been closed nor has maintenance responded with success. I have had an unleveled commode that has been "fixed" twice and water to seep under my door from rain water. Josh is an a-hole and Bea a lying b**** who lost my security deposit in June and tried to cover it up in October. The apartment complex claims to have paid my electric bill for 4 months yet never sent me a notice that they were doing so but asked for 550 bucks in October to cover their loss (it was never asked for again after my mom's lawyer spoke with them). The peeping tom who frequented my bedroom window was never reported to me (my neighbor filed a police report on my behalf after the office ignored his claims) and drug dealers and prostitutes run the strip between Oltorf and Riverside. However, the complex never saw fit to make efforts to secure the safety of its residents. In addition, to whomever said there was no noise, that is bull!!! Every morning I rise to the sound of car horns blaring or car alarms repeating the same annoying chorus. Bad butt kids screaming at the top of their lungs (probably because of the disgusting, polluted pool or the overflowing dumpsters) and running out into the parking lot as well as drunks circling the complex like they have lost their minds. I don't particularly enjoy the loud music but it would be okay if it didn't reverberate throughout my unit until 2 in the morning. YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MIND IF YOU DECIDE TO MAKE UH YOUR HOME!!! The rent is cheap, but like mama always said "you get what you pay for!" qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
