Very Bad

I once lived in the apartments across the street from the office (same complex). As soon as I moved in, I noticed mold growing around electric sockets and a water leak mark in the ceiling. I told maintenance and they assured me that it was an old mark and the problem had been corrected. However, it always felt wet to me. During a heavy storm, the ceiling in the dining room area collapsed. I had to move out because they were not going to be able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. They informed me that they had worse problems to take care of (scary). My neighbor had his front apartment window knocked out. My car window was broken out, and so was my friends. Also, in my friend??s apartment, his toilet stopped working and it took several days to get someone to look at it. They told him to come to the office if he needed to. Also, in an apartment above, there were about 3 families living in it with many kids. It was very loud. They definitely show up the model apartment and then give you a bad apartment. If you actually decide to move here (which I wouldn??t), ask to see the actual apartment that you will move into before you sign the lease.
