Positives:
1.) As a poor college kid, rent is cheap and there is a bus route.
Negatives:
1.) The management is RUDE, at first they are nice but once you sign the leave, total Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde...
2.) At first I thought, "cool I got a apartment right in front of the pool!!!" but of course after being promised that it was going to be filled up within a few weeks it took ummm TWO YEARS!!!!!!!! And of course 1 months after it had been filled it leaked and never was filled up again.
3.) Another complaint about the pool area... NO ONE IS THERE TO ENFORCE THE RULES!!!!!.... People were hanging around the pool at all hours of the morning drinking, loud music, cussing, arguing, and all of this at 2, 3, 4, 5 AM!!!!
4.) It's a gated community but of course the gate NEVER WORKED!!!
5.) Parking is HORRIBLE, you are either a mile away where your car WILL get broken into or you are 4 inches away from the car next to you... I have never ever had this many dents in one car... and of course they are not responsible and don t want to hear it.
6.) The walls must be paper thin, I at times would hear my neighbors T.V. louder then mine!!!
7.) Plumbing, ugh! Horrible, I recall two nights where a plumber was at my apt at 2 a.m. trying to "fix" the toilet only to have to come back in a couple of days.
8.) OHHH this is a good one, ROACHES, yes ROACHES, Roaches of all sizes big and small, fast and slow, ROACHES, I literally became so immune to them I would see them so much. (I knew I should of thought different about this place when I saw a thong on the sidewalk as they were showing me the property.
9.) The washing units SUCK!!! you have no idea which one works and which one doesn t pick and choose you might get lucky and only have to spend 10 bucks on two loads of laundry.
10.) Last but not least how could I forget the good ol Prostitute house that was being run right up stairs from my apartment... Countless numbers of times the two girls stationed one at each end of the stairwell would try to make a pass to anyone who passed by them... ugh.... all while their pimp was keeping an eye on them from his white Cadillac... Oh yeah I was also woken up once at 3 a.m. by two cops that slammed a guy against my window while arresting him...
Yeah, I mean other then the above mentioned remarks, I guess it is a O.K. place to live... :):):):) NOT!!!!! Trust me you would thank me if you knew me.

So sorry to hear what happened to you, the same is happening to me right now and I hate waking up here every morning knowing that when i go out side i might get harassed by some drug dealer or druggie or worse like this mornings happenings. I wish I would've read these before I moved in. thanks for all the info, I will warn any one else as well.
