From: bubblez3chic@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 4 photos   I have lived here for 6 years.. no good has come from this apartment. let me list some things 1) Our toilet broke twice, took the apt 3 days to come fix it and the second time a week. 2) garbage is everywhere; in the pool, the landscaping, even on the sidewalks.( pictures) 3) When problems go wrong in your apartment, the apartment does not care; we needed screens on our windows 3 days later they brought one and i still dont have the other, need the locks changed' might at well do it yourself-took them almost a week to do that. 4) the pool is almost never cleaned unless it is over run by leaves and garbage. 5) Your car doesnt really get broken into - courtesy of the drug dealers that dont want the cops around. 6) the murders or kidnappings that are usually only located around this area of town. 7) NOT STROLLER FRIENDLY !! sidewalks are all uneven stairs are everywhere and they vary from really steep to really wide( in the same stair case) 8) Parking sucks. i feel sorry for the ppl that live in the middle of the complex 9) there are 3 laundry mats in UH, 1 in the office- all the machines are usually broke, 1 across the street- that have alot of stairs to walk up to get there and 1 a little ways back from the front gate - which has been boarded up due to a cable guy getting heald up at gun point ( picture ) a few other things. the roof was pretty much torn off during a storm last month. they were supposed to fix it never got done(pictures) the management doesnt lift a finger with anything unless your giving them your money, if u pay 3 days late or more you owe another $200 for late fee's and when the ppl in the office tell you one thing ( like giving you til next week to catch up payments) they dont! they send a cop to your door with a court date and evection notice.
