They have so many rats that the new manager looks like one. Rat lady apartments...run for your life. Roaches are another problem and the vents are full of mold...see a lawyer! I moved in 10/20 and out the next day. I could not even sleep over night the mold was so bad. I have contacted my Lawyer and will give you his name in my next email. Run from rat lady apartments. The Manager Mrs. Abraham...run from rat lady!!! Told me that the unit was fine and they had done a lot of work on it! There were not even any door on the cabinets. The carpet was filthy and she told me they did not have the $ to replace it, Run for your life.
