The apts are by far the worst apts I've ever lived in. The reason for me moving here is because I needed a place asap and the apt was very spacious and affordable....but I've had problems since day once. I've had property stolen out of my apt by maintenance, it takes them forever to fix anything. The neighbors under me told me that thier walls fell in due to leakage from my apt that the maintenance failed to repair. I was told that my apt was one of the better units in the complex. If this is true I dont want to see the others. They did have new appliances in my apt but the fridge never worked and I had to call many times for them to repair the dishwasher. I moved in in July and they just repaired my dishwasher last week. (It's Oct now) Whenever I call for repairs the girls in the office act as if everytime I call is the first time I called. I even asked how long it would be to get things repaired and they told me that they have a lot of other ppl that need things fixed so it would get fixed whenever they got around to it. After not having a working fridge for 2 weeks they finally replaced it with an used refrigerator with kool aid stains all in the bottom. I had to clean that fridge myself. The pipes under all of my sinks were leaking for the longest. The cabinets under my kitchen sink are beginning to rot because of all the water leakage. My car got towed because I parked "backwards" into my parking spot. I was never informed that there was head in parking only. I have a huge ant problem and cant seem to get rid of them. My kitchen is basically falling apart and they still havent repaired all of it. I'll be damned if they try and charge me for it too. All of the residents in the apt complex recieved a notice from the City of Austin stating our water would be getting cut off because the apt management had not paid thier water bill which was over $16K! Our trash also piled up for weeks because they city stopped picking it up. I heard the new manager was taking the money and blinging out herself. LOL....so irresponsible. I reported these apts to the Better Business Bureau, Fox 7, and also the Tenants Counsel. They need to be put on blast for this. Its ridiculous. I cant wait until my lease is up in 2 months. I'm out of here and never turning back!!!!!!!!!!

Save yourself a major headache and dont move here!!
