I was in Austin for 4 months for work and I unluckily decided to stay at University Quarters owned by Marquis Management. From day 1 everything was a mess. They forgot about my arrival date so when I got there my apartment wasn't ready and I started worked the following day. It took them 2 weeks to provide me with the furniture that was promised in the contract. Nothing was new. They required me to pay rent until 2 weeks after I had already turned my keys in and left. They're currently trying to steal my deposit money by saying that I left the place dirty when I spent an entire week cleaning it.
