Old, cheap

The apartments have ants (nonagressive, don't bite), but plenty of them.

The laundry room has no lock, so homeless people sometimes sleep there. You cannot leave your laundry unattended - neighbors have had clothes stolen.

The parking lots are severely tilted to the point that it is very difficult to exit without scraping your car.

The apartment complex faces both Whitis and Hemphill. Note that Whitis has no sidewalk or street lights, and is one-way so people sometimes drive rather fast.

Water was included in my rent, but the hot water completely runs out after 10-15 minutes.

All move-out dates are absolutely and entirely inflexible.

However, it is very close to campus. I haven't had problems with noise.
