The building itself is really old, which means walls are incredibly thin, and appliances are old and used. I had noisy neighbors, so I found myself waking up in the middle of the night almost every day.

The owner of the apartment is INCREDIBLY RUDE. They messed up my lease, assigning me to the wrong layout- and when I told them about this, she did not offer any apologies and spoke to me in a condescending tone. She even threatened to not allow me to move in at all-- this happened on my move in date, so I was already ready to move in, but nowhere to move into. Luckily, they allowed me to move in another apartment.

The parking is kind of annoying because it's on such a steep incline, and there isn't a lot of available parking on the street for visitors (elementary school teachers and construction workers took up all the parking during the day).

They charged me a ridiculous amount ($250)after i moved out, claiming that I did not clean the apartment. I spent a week cleaning the place, and I left it cleaner than before I moved in. The apartment complex truly doesn't care about anything but stealing your money.

Oh yeah, occasionally, I would see drag rats and bums walking through the property, and digging through the trash bin in front of the property. INCREDIBLY UNSAFE!
