The location can't be beat. However, the units are small, old, and poorly lit. Be aware of this before you move in. Also, I've constantly had a problem with a random burning smell wafting through my apartment and setting off the smoke alarm. I've had this problem the whole year and nobody can figure out what it is, so I just unplugged the smoke alarm. That seems a little dangerous.

There's also a lot of loser types in this place. Guy above me is constantly blasting music until 4-5am. In fact, the whole 3rd floor seems to full of losers/dropouts. Some guy on the lower floor frequently gets drunk and smashes bottles/randomly yells in the morning hours. One time a freaking radio station van (alternative 101) parked downstairs and 20-30 people showed up for a party in the parking lot. Guess management doesnt really care as long as rent gets paid. Outgoing mailbox isn't secure, had several letters stolen from there.

Overall an ok place. I recommend it because of the location. I hear they're raising the rent to $700, which is a rip for what you get. But if you think it's fair, live here.
